Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman of wisdom and energy. Marilu Henner is an actress writer, author, producer of talk shows and entrepreneurs. She is also a dancer and singer. No wonder Perpetual Motion is her nickname. Marilu Henner's whole life is a testimony to the power of her health-focused approach. Her belief is that good health is the key to success. It wasn't so before. When she was in her teenage years, she began to do a yo-yo diet, and saw her weight gain. Emotional eating caused her to be sick and unwell most times. Following the deaths of both parents, away at the age of 50, her father because of a heartattack and her mother because of arthritis issues-she decided to take charge over her well-being.
